You can access your Photo Booth pictures right from within Posterino.
To use images from Photo Booth:
Make sure the image picker is visible on the sidebar of your document.
If not, press the button to display it. Alternatively you can choose Image Picker from the View menu (or press Command-1).
At the top of the image picker is a popup menu. From this popup menu choose the Pictures Folder > Photo Booth:
