Changing the background color

You can set the document background to any color you like.

To change the background color:

  1. Make sure the details panel is visible on the sidebar of your document. If not, press the show details panel button to display it. Alternatively you can choose Details from the View menu (or press Command-2).
  2. Click on the background of your document. This action will display the appropriate information on the details panel:
    The Page tab.
    The Page tab.
  3. Use the color well to change the color of the document background:
    The background color well.
    The background color well.
Tip

You can save on step if you choose Page Details from the View menu (or press Command-3). This will display the Page details panel right away.
